Refund and return policy

This policy applies to every order of digital bathroom and body-composition scales and wired mechanical keyboards placed with ALEKSANDRA DĘBEK through elysiancircuit.shop.

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason. Write to support@elysiancircuit.shop inside those 14 days and we will send the return instructions. You may open the packaging and inspect the product as you would in a shop; you are liable only for any loss of value caused by handling beyond that.

30-day returns

Beyond the statutory period we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The product must be complete, undamaged and show no sign of use, and every accessory that came in the box must be returned with it.

How to start a return

Email support@elysiancircuit.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We answer within one business day and confirm the return address at Krzemowa 12/A, 80-041 Gdańsk, Poland. Please do not send anything back before you receive that confirmation.

Refunds

When the return arrives and has been checked, the purchase price is refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days. The refund is issued in USD, the currency of the order. Return shipping is free of charge when you follow the instructions we send; if the item arrived damaged, was faulty, or was not what you ordered, we cover the return in full.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

Check the parcel when it arrives. Report visible damage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the product, and we replace it or refund it in full including the shipping cost. A parcel that has not arrived is reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date; we open a carrier trace and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, resend the item or refund it.

Warranty

Consumer electronics sold here carry the statutory two-year warranty for lack of conformity under Polish and EU law. Keep the order confirmation: it is the proof of purchase. A fault caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, liquid ingress beyond the stated rating, or modification is not covered.
